Here's the back of the card. I don't think it ever sold for anything (even the legit scout autographs don't sell for anything).

how did they even mess up the ripken?.....its a 1/1 ...i dont see how they could willingly know that auto was of jason bay and then throw it on ripken...id be mad lol

I'm guessing they were out of Ripken sticker autographs so they just slapped on the most worthless thing they had in the Fleer factory since they were going out of business anyways and wouldn't care if people complained. Though if they accidentally switched it with a Bay sticker that card will be a ton more valuable now with a Ripken autograph instead.
