$0.07 = base/minor stars
$0.15 = semistar/unlisted star
$0.25 = listed stars
superstars (Jeter, Pujols, A-Rod, etc) negotiable.
(NOTE: All designations of Minor Star, Semistar and Star are based on Beckett's current list)

I pay be check only, and I'm fine with you holding the funds until they clear.
