You are funny habs. If the people responsible for the Boston bombings would have had their way then a lot of babies would have died. Also abortion is murder and the penalty for murder is death in a lot of instances. If abortion were made illegal and someone had an illegal abortion I would have no problem with them being perscribed the death penalty. Quote me on that.

The rule is 2 children or 5 adults. However, in a case like this, where both adults and children die, you revert to 5 adults. However, to keep things equal:
1 child = 3 adults
Add that to the two adults who died and you have five adults. Therefore the bomber is to be tortured.
