Roush Collection Open House

Usually don't post in the Racing section here (I'm a Hockey guy) but today I thought I'd show off my new goodies from the Roush Open House. I've always been a big Nascar fan (Harvick and RCR) but haven't been much of a collector as I focused on Hockey but over the last 2 years I've been getting in Nascar collecting a bit heavier.

Heres what I got today, had a blast looking at all the cars and getting to meet Edwards, Bayne, and the Cat in the Hat!

First up I bought a race used tire from the gift shop used during Edwards Phoenix win earlier this season, Had both Edwards and Roush sign it!
(Have no idea how to display it, I'm used to tiny little hockey pucks lol)







And then I decided to buy a piece of Sheetmetal from one of Baynes Nationwide cars to get signed.
Had Roush sign it as well and got him to take this snazzy pic with me!







I couldn't think of a better way to spend a day, great cars, great people, great racers/owners! Can't wait for the August race to do this all over again!

Not a horrible idea! Next time I'm back on that side of town I might have to pick up two or 3 more tires and stack em up to make it a little taller.
