    Sending cards back to companies?

I have some cards that had some significant scratches or defects on them when pulled from the pack-how would I go about sending these back? should i just write a letter and include the card?

    thanks for any help

Yeah, thats what I do. I had to send a couple cards back to upper deck for them to replace and they did. It was two Rookie Debut Football Jerseys of Mark Clayton, Derek Anderson Saturday Swatchs and a Carnell Williams rookie. I'm still waiting on the Williams but both jersey were return to me in near mint condition about a month and half to two months later.

Yeah, ditto, a 1/1 might be tough to be replaced or might take while if they can.
