First pack(s) rule can produce a Hull of a hit!

So it seems like lately people are having great luck with single/few pack purchases, which is always a great feeling :)

Well I went to my local convenience store that sells hobby hockey stuff, for those that remember, I've hit some good stuff from there including a 11-12 Eberle SpA Auto Patch.
I went in looking for the new SpA which I haven't tried except for a GB. He had a brand new box (sadly no spx pack lol) from which I grabbed the first 5 packs.

Here's what I got...


2 Inserts, The Hull/Hull is 1:18 packs so not bad... but that card foreshadowed a much better hit...

Wow, seriously awesome hit! But why would Upper Deck use a Stars swatch for a patch and depict Hull with the Red Wings? Come on, a little effort never hurt anyone.

I dont know if I can speak for ALL Wings fans but a little color other than red and white is nice every once in a while

As a Red Wings collector, do you prefer a "regular" two-coloured Red Wings patch or (like in this case) a Stars swatch with 3 different colours and Hull pictured as a Red Wing?
