I'm in the mood to buy a shiny artifacts patch card

Yeah, just want to see what can I found here that is not on the bay.

I'd like a 11-12-13 artifacts spectrum with a nice patch(s). Player is not what is optimal, I'd just like to see what people here can offer.

My budget is depending of the card, player, etc. I suppose I can lay 20-60 $
