WWE Diva Emma Mugshot: Arrested For Shoplifting Ipad Case
http://www.tmz.com/2014/07/01/wwe-di...case-hartford/
WWE Diva Emma is a real life heel ... arrested for stealing an iPad case from a Walmart.
Emma was busted in Hartford Monday night after Walmart security spotted her swiping a red iHome 'Slim Swivel' iPad Mini case ... on sale for $21.14.
Cops tell TMZ ... Emma was charged with misdemeanor larceny in the 6th degree ... who knew there were that many degrees?
The legal system in Hartford is lightning quick -- she's already been to court and was sentenced to one day of community service.
WWE RAW was at the XL Center in Hartford as the crime went down.
Emma's lawyer chalks it up to an innocent mistake, saying she just forgot to pay while trying to navigate the self-checkout machine.

..... This sounds like a mistake. Someone who works for the WWE, Which i'm sure she gets paid very well, Shouldn't been stealing an Ipad case. Most likely like her lawyer said an " innocent mistake."

I feel letting he go was too harsh. She should of been sent back down to NXT or pulled off TV until everything was resolved. From reports it seems like in was an honest mistake. Is the WWE just looking for any reason to let wrestlers/personnel go now a days.

I posted this in the WWE thread, but will post here to.
I wonder what they are doing. You would think they would get all the facts first before issuing her release and then reinstating her.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … WWE officials quickly realized they overreacted, because their action would open the floodgates to fire a gaggle of wrestlers for fighting outside the ring, DUI and all sorts of other misdeeds.
It's unclear how Emma will be punished.
