question for Ebay sellers who use paypal. please help...

o.k. if any of you have had a buyer claim that they haven't received an item from you even though you know you sent it, you know that it is very aggravating and you have to have some kind of tracking info. my question is: will delivery conformation work as tracking or do you have to purchase insurance. what will paypal accept as "tracking info"? thanks

Paypal will accept any electronic tracking that they can check with the click of a mouse. I have had buyers do it to me and I have never lost a claim that I had DC for. I hope this helps and everything works out for you

Yeah, the onus is on them for not getting insurance (if they didn't) at that point... OR they've been busted as a LIAR- either way you're off the hook
