Do you remember collecting cards 10 years ago? How about the various releases, card designs and flavors of the week? It's been ten years since ITG released In The Game Used. The product delivers exactly what it implies, four relic of varying fashion. Each box yields one single relic, one dual relic, one triple relic and one quad relic. No base. No inserts. Nothing else, just hits.

There is just about something for everyone in ITG Used. Vintage memorabilia collectors will rejoice will a multitude of subjects and pieces throughout the run. Are you a fan of previous releases such as Decades, Captain C and Forever Rivals? Well, they are here as themes for various sets. How about unique pieces that you won't generally find anywhere else? Yes, they are here as well. Mainstays like Complete Jerseys and Team Quads appear as well. Some relics and autographs are in limited quantity. Full checklists can be found on the ITG website.

Many will be quick to point out how the design is limited due to licensing or the tendency to keep the look similar to previous releases as negatives. ITG does well to work around design limitations without a license. The use of similar designs though does lean towards overuse, but it does provide a nice continuity to the product line. Sadly, the price is a bit steep. But that cannot be fully confirmed until print runs get released. However, if you enjoy a huge thrill and a rush of anticipation each time you open a box, go for it as there is a huge difference between monetary value and collecting enjoyment value.

    FINAL THOUGHTS
