    Natural herbs

    Does anyone use or have used natural herbs like maca or pine pollen? If so what were your results?

    Maca is Ok, slight uplift.
    I like local Raw Honey too
    Ginger & Tumeric(curcumin) helps alleviate inflammation.

    I started using Chinese pinetree pollen. Not bad so far. I also use hemp protein. I need to start working out alot more to see if it will help my gains though.
