PSA Issue
Alright, who here does PSA submissions on a regular basis?
Got my first order back of 14 cards, and my Grant Fuhr came back a PSA 2... why you may ask? Theres a big crease going down from the top, through the R in Fuhr down almost halfway through the card.
I had a choice of 100s of cards from these sets to send in (bought out full sets here locally that were all in Nr-Mt), and this card was perfect (minus a slight centering) before I sent it in. Analyzed every card to try to get the best grades.
Now my problem is, clearly this happened AT PSA. Card got damaged there and they graded it that way. Is there anything I can do about this???

I dont have any experience with grading, but in your situation it sounds like a "he said, she said" kind of thing.
If theres no proof on your end, I think your screwed. Especially with it not being number, with no patch, or autograph that can make it stand out from the rest*** Main PC - Roberto Luongo ***

Not that this helps now, but I always scan or photograph before I send in, just in case. I learned the hard way when I subbed through someone else (not here on SCF) and had my card switched out. Sorry to hear about this!

Kind of what I was talking about before. With the older cards not having serial numbers, autographs or patches, its almost impossible to proove that the card you got back was your original .... or in the OPs instance, that the card was damaged at PSA or not. Even with scans, its hard to point out small imperfections.

Ouch, sorry man. That's why I get my cards graded in person. It might "only" be KSA but at least I know where the card is...........

Have you contacted PSA? What about considering "in the mail" damage? Could your Fuhr have been switched with another? Can you provide a scan?

It's definitely the same fuhr. No way it got damaged in the mail on the way there the way they were packaged. The whole stack would had to be crushed

Call PSA, you never know what they will say or do until you call right?
