Ebay PC Buy Plus a Q
I got this for my PC...It is #'d/50 but it sold for half what the #'d/199 has been selling for...any reason for that?

it selling less cause the one you got is the class marks INSERT auto....the ones /199 are the BASE rookie autos

wouldn't the insert be a more rare card esp. since it is #'d to 50 while the other is 199
btw there is a non #'d also...wouldn't that be the base

more "rare", yeah, there are obviously less made....more valuable?? nope
the class marks set auto set is an INSERT with variations just like a base set has....the silver /50 is simply a parallel of the insert

interesting...i am a newbie to all the parralell stuff but it seems weird that something harder to aquire is worth less than something much easier to aquire
Anybody have a bv estimate?

sorry man....a base auto rookie is a TRUE rookie card...insert autos aren't, so they carry a much higher demand, thus the prices are much higher, reguardless of the print run....look at playoff contenders....a BASE ronnie brown rc/auto is #/550 and books $175....the contenders ROY auto is worth $120 and has a stated print run of 25!!! its not a TRUE rookie card
