Cal Abrams played with Orioles 1954-1955
Ryan Duren played with Orioles 1954 I remember Ryan playing with the Yankees in 1960- part of 61. In case you did not know Ryan was the inspiration for "Wild Thing" in Major League.

Don Hood 7 days c/o home

Did not have a Orioles card available so sent him a Orioles signature card which he kept. He mailed back 5 photos which he signed.
He sent back 3 Orioles one was 75 Topps, one was Crown and the other looks like a post card photo.
Also sent back a Royals and Yankees. Five for one even thought they are photos but its the signature I am after

Had a lot going on tonight
My son and I are leaders in a club and belong to the 4 H here in my state. We work with the young kids from 6 to first year college. We normally have a week long fair which is almost like a state fair with all the 4 H clubs, rides and most important FOOD. The fair which would have been this week was of course cancelled. So tonight we had to hold a virtual racing and it was video taped so we can show possible new members online what we do.
My son also started his job tonight at UPS. With all this I am just getting to my mail.
I have to admit I know quite a few of you get a huge mail day. When I get a day like today its like hitting the lottery.
I got back 7 today. A new record for me

Had another pretty good day today.
When I write my letters I sign off with U. S. ARMY Retired.
So when I receive my items back and I see a Thank You for your service note I know that they looked at the entire letter and not just open , sign and return.
I thank those that do that as it means something to me.
Also a good mailing in receiving extra material

Glad I got off the couch and started to look for Orioles address.
In the last couple of weeks I have pick up 20 TTM with 25 still in the mail.
Depending how many more I get back I have the chance of hitting 550 which is the halfway mark for players since 1954 (not adding new players from this year yet). Received today
