They look pretty awesome man, great work.

    Thanks!

AWESOME idea! Are you going to have him sign those?

If I get the opportunity I would love to get either the "S" signed in silver or gold over the picture or the "T" signed in blue over the picture.

Very cool idea. As for the weight of them, are they heavier than a normal patch card?

They do have some heft to them but the 3d printed material is partially hollow so I'd say regular booklets weight a bit more.

    Thanks for sharing.

    I appreciate the sentiment :)

    Thanks I appreciate it!

Here's something new I've been working on: Titanic Patches featuring 1 1/4" square patch cards and Haberdasher's Finery with a 2 3/4" x 1" opening reserved for the more unique parts of jerseys.

How much does it cost to make the "plate" that you mount the card in.

My alma mater has a 3d printer in their library and they charge students only for the cost of the materials. It winds up being a dollar and some change to make one. It does print pretty slow though, it can take a couple days to get one done. I wish I could augment my designs with decoys you can get from some packs to hide mem cards but at present the best method I have with that is using an xacto knife and manually cutting the opening.

Here's some more that I've created since:

Thanks! I think it turned out well and good timing with the Eagles taking home some serious hardware.

Here's a couple more I've worked on. Can't beat marrying up my enjoyment for custom card making and sending TTM auto requests!

Another Haberdasher's Finery card of my favorite player:

and something new I've been toying around with. The signature was digitally cropped out of an index card and the swatch I referenced from a high res shot of a Steelers jersey.

How about some 49ers thrown in for good measure? I rushed the Garoppolo a bit, once the team name was cut away the stitching started to curl up a bit leading to some waviness. Still looks sharp in hand, just a bit unfinished when scanned and displayed on a computer.
