I am interested in participating but what measures are in place to make sure decent cards make it into the mix. I enjoyed the $10 card draft but 2/3 of the stuff was just cards that no one would want. Basically, how do you make sure the Javaris Crittentons and Daequan Cooks of the world do not make it in here?

Randy is screening the cards to make sure its only All Stars or All Star like level players that are included in this draft. I had to go through several cards since a few of my cards were already rejected. Trust me, it wont be scrubs or common overpriced cards included this time since its a higher end card draft.

It doesn't have to be players who played in the all star games, but NO COMMONS

I've done every card draft since the things started a year or two ago, and honestly, that was one of the better drafts, if not the best one of the $10 variety...y'all who were disappointed in the quality of this one, would have really hated the earlier ones. We'd have 5-10 good cards, and usually just scrub auto and GU city after that. At least in these latest ones, we were getting a lot of MJ/Shaq/Duncan inserts, and I was breaking into the rare parallel PC.

Anyway, I think it's better that we now have a higher end one where the cards are screened so we get fewer of the inflated price stuff. Book value is occasionally absurd, so we can't just go by that alone anymore.

How do people feel about printing plates? I've got one that I'd like to send in.

The total bv of my cards sums to right about 100, without the plate.
