2016 Bowman Inception Baseball hobby box For review

First and foremost, I'd like to thank our sponsors at Topps for providing us with this complete set for review.

2016 Bowman Inception Baseball hobby box is comprised of one pack containing 5 cards. They will be four autographs and one autographed Relic. The cards have a edgy design which I think fits well with the mold of collectors that like rookie content. As Bowman Inception focus is heavy on rookies and prospects. Unlike the past this year has more veteran content. For some that purely like rookies and prospects it might be a negative. To me it only enhances the value overall of the boxes in general over the long haul.

Upon opening the box one will notice that prospects have a vertical look while rookies are horizontal in design. There are five parallels, all of which are serial numbered:
    Blue (#'ed to 150)
    Green (#'ed to 50)
    Gold (#'ed to 25)
    Orange (#'ed to 5)
    Red (#'ed to 1)

We did not hit anything special in our box but did hit a nice Torres auto imo. Of course with prospecting whats hot today will not be tomorrow and vice versa. So these boxes will be fun to bust over the years as the name of players who are hot will change as players move up or down the top prospect list. Hard signed auto's, thick stock, and nice design will only help these cards be chased and broken for years to come.

The checklist can be found here:

Price per box $65 to $85

    What we pulled:

    Final Thoughts:
    Base- none
    Design - 5/5
    Fun - 4/5
    Value - 4/5
    Rebuy -3.5/5
    Overall 16.5/20 (82.5%)

    (Npn's and stated odds):

Once again, I'd like to thank our wonderful sponsors at Topps for giving us the opportunity
