US National Box #4 and #5

Here is the next installment in my continuing "epic" mini-series about boxes I bought at the US National Expo in Atlantic City last month. I have include both #4 and #5 in this same thread because they were not redemption boxes -- just boxes I bought because I like opening 13-14 stuff. You can find my earlier entries here:

Box #4 was a 13-14 Titanium box, and it was pretty much a bust:

A couple of plain jerseys. A couple of minor autographs. The nicest card was a SP True Rookie (#5/12) of Alex Chiasson. Would have been nice if it was a decent player. But I think we all know he wont amount to much now that he is already on his third team, and his card is less than three years old.

    Box #5 was a 13-14 Crown Royale.

Gotta be happy with this box simply because of one card -- the die-cut Regal Achievements of Jonathan Huberdeau (#5/10). Sweet looking card in great shape, and if Florida continues to improve, might actually be worth something someday. I also got a redemption for a Jason Zucker Pacifics Choice Ruby auto (/199), but who knows if I'll get it?

All in all an OK break. Boxes were pretty cheap, so I can't complain. This leaves me with just one more box from the National, a 15-16 SPA. Let's see how long I can resist the urge to break it...
