I recently registered and have not made any purchases and probably never will.
1. Never got first free pack because of website issues.
2. Posting on here because "contact support" page has no way to send your message as far as i can tell.
3. See no benefit over local card shop.
4. Entered 2017 bowman chrome baseball case break and not even sure if i was in any kind of slot.

To recap:
1. While I'm pretty baffled by complaints about free stuff, I've verified that process is working and over 200 other signups this week haven't had any issue.
2. There are form fields and a submit button. I'm not sure how to help you beyond that. https://www.packrip.com/contact-us/

Clearly we aren't for you, and we're just fine with that.

K. Well there was an issue; I'm just bringing it to your attention. Im more so complaining about your site. I could care less about the cards. That submit button wasn't there when i was on the desktop version. I'll see if i can access it when i log on to the packrip.com site from my computer at home. Can u post a link that shows the 200 spots for the break? The only emails i got were to vote on the time/day and the live break link. Posting that would be helpful.
