First, welcome to the website. Secondly you can create and respond to posts, obviously, and work out deals for all value of cards. When you agree to a trade you use the trade manager tool in the bar to finalize it, and when you do mailing addresses will be revealed to you. I have done many high end trades here, with hundreds of dollars worth in cards changing hands and not had issue. As a new member you will be required to send first and that will be notated in the trade manager.

As far as listing what you have for trade flickr is a nice website for photos of your cards. You can make lists of them and put them in blogs or in open posts. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Collecting Brett Lawrie, Will Clark, Mike Trout, Royals, Kyle Schwarber
Gerrit Cole, Jason Kipnis, Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Clint Frazier, Drew Brees,
