Because You Love 'em....Stupid Question Time #4!!
2003-04 Prism rookie cards...Are they ACTUALLY numbered to 975, or is that a print run? If they are actually numbered, is there a retail version? I've got a couple I'm trying to add to traders, but I'm waiting for confirmation of the numbering. I think this is where @Iheartjacquie saves the day!!
As always, any help is greatly appreciated!Always looking for Senators cards! Must be a draft pick, or the card is identifiable as a Senators card before I want it!
Until further notice, I ship on Mondays. Only day off, so only chance to get to the Post Office.

They are serial numbered, yes, and the stated print run for these are /975. As for a retail version, there isn't one for the Pacific Prism Rookie cards. Other sets in 03-04 had rookie retail parallels, but not these.

Now I'm really confused, because the three I'm trying to add have no serial numbers on them, which made me think retail versions. I love Pacific products from back n the day, but this whole hobby/retail thing they did in 03/04 wasn't needed!

I think what the other member was trying to say is that they have a STATED print run of /975, but not serial number.
As for hobby/retail, Pacific had been doing that for years by that point, so it wasn't anything new.

True. It just got really confusing then, probably because by that time, they had gone from 5/6 sets a year to what, like 12? And every set had a retail version??

I found this on COMC. Numbered 201/975. So if your rookies aren't serial numbered then maybe there were retail version for some players? As for as 03-04 Prism rookies go, M-A Fleury only has this 1, I believe. And this card does have a serial numbered print run of /975 at the bottom of the back of the card.

@creasecollector so I must have retail versions, because none of them have a serial number. It's not like they're big name players by any means, but actually listing them for trade would be nice! Trying to finish off my RC binder before going back to listing some PC stuff!

Now to just kick back and wait for @Iheartjacquie to confirm the retail existence and add a checklist!
