I am having trouble sending the points. I had an accident that has caued me to forget how to send rewards points. Could you please help get me through the process.

@royer33455 - Eric, it would be better to ask either doniceage and/or michigandan about how to do that. Now and then it even takes me a while to get it right. Once I get it done I remember it for a while, then I go back trying to get it done right. So, please check with either of them, as they are good at it.
