I posted 2 offers for trades and both times the trader stated they never got an email, are there known issues on this? I missed both trades.

there were issues with emails for about 36 hours after the migration due to setting getting switched during the migration last weekend. There have not been any issues with email and email notifications since.

Each user does have the ability to change the way they receive messages from SCF. Not saying these members did, but it is a possibility
