Have you donated Sportscards? If so, please give us details
As a person that visits Dave and Adams in the Buffalo area, they use some of the unwanted cards that they get for visits from the Cub scouts and donate to an organization in the Buffalo area. In addition, one of the twitter handles SCF follows is a group called Commons for kids (on twitter @commons4kids), based in Kentucky, which has been able to donate over 6 million cards to various organizations in a number of different states.
So my question to you all - have you donated cards, if so what was the organization and do you have any contact information that you can publish.
Thanks,

"Tim Virgilio" <[email protected]>
Tim Virgilio is sending cards off to players for signatures. With the signed cards he charges a very modest price for Signatures for Soldiers, his non-profit. All, every single cent, goes to retro-fitting houses for wounded veterans.

I have tried to donate them to local hospitals, but I've actually been denied! I have boxes upon boxes I'd like to donate.
Please check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!

I am president of a youth football league in canton Ohio. We put packs of 100-200 together every year for each player. Last year we had over 300 kids in the program so we go through a ton of cards

That's exactly right!
I dropped off base cards for them a few times. I believe McMaster stopped accepting the donations... the last time I donated (probably two falls ago) they had someone that was buying the donated base cards from them, and then the proceeds were spent on gifts for kids @ the Hospital.
