Anybody know anything about 2016-17 Panini Optic White Sparkle packs?

I've been offered some packs of 2016-17 Panini Optic White Sparkle.
I am more of a football guys, but do buy and sell most sports. I jsut don't know much about the White Sparkle cards.

Anyone got some insight?

Did some research... they are available only through the Panini rewards program. 1000 points per pack, 3pack max per household.

Last year's were White Sparkle Prizm...this year it's Optic.

EBay posters are saying they are SSP... 5 of each card produced. Not sure about that, but the ones listed for sale are big money. Panini won't say how many are printed.

So now we know! The big question now is...do I open the packs, save them...or flip them. One lot sold on EBay for $160 for 3 packs.

I saw them post about these on Instagram
My guess is they're not putting the print run because if enough of a particular desirable card(s) are pulled and posted on eBay then demand will decrease. That being said they do look nice but I've seen too many packs with just veterans and no rookies. I'd probably flip them if it were me :)

I think I may open a couple. Depending on what comes out, I'll decide then if I should flip the remaining

Not a home run... but definitely worth what I paid for the 2 packs...
Going to have to snag some more. They are now gone from Panini Rewards , so the packs are only available on the secondary market now.
