    Adrian P-HHHHEE-TERSON to the Saints

Didn't see this one coming. Fantasy relevance? Could be interesting.

Because the problem that the Saints had was that they weren't scoring enough points....

I hope its a nonstop circus highlight reel of him running angry on the league. Even if he were 100% and 25, im not sure the Saints would modify their approach enough for that. Then after Ingram gets his fair share, they will be on the goal line and Khiry Robinson will get the carry for a TD.

I have always liked AP, but I really thought he wanted to end his career with a contender that had a chance at winning a Super Bowl. He won't be 1,500 and 10+ TD's, but more like 700 and 7 this year, and that might be pushing it.

Seems like all the teams that have a good shot at winning a Super Bowl DIDN'T want him though

Have liked AP most of his career and I hope he does good in New Orleans. Him and Robinson should do okay, not an Ingram fan.

He should have just stayed in MN in my opinion. Instead of listening to his ego, he should have taken the home town discount and preserve his legacy (what's left of it anyway). As it stands, that's gone, and from a salary perspective, he's be getting less with the Saints now anyway.

I think there is a little more to the story in MN. First there were the original hard feelings of whether AP would return to MN after the suspension. Then the injuries, deteriorating O-line, and a career behind average to below average play from QBs minus Favre and 5 minutes of Teddy B. Trade rumors were out there the past season or so as well about AP maybe getting dealt to Dallas etc. I think the writing was on the wall for a year or two.
