Where is best to try and sell bulk collection?

I am in a situation right now where I am going to have to come up with some money as quickly as I can. I was hoping to be able to hold on to the collection for the future kids, etc. but if it is something where I am able to get some cash then it is something I am going to have to do. A lot of what I have are in-person autographs which I assume are going to be pretty much worthless from a sales aspect, but it might be worth a shot. Where would be the best place for me to possibly see what I could get in bulk?

Depends on what you have. Separate your collection into a few parts, cards of your local team, high end cards of other players, the rest of it. Sell the local stuff on Craigs, try to sell the high end here, then unload the rest on a 10-day Ebay auction if you have time. Best of luck!

    I'd second this.

Probably depends on what is in the collection and how much it is worth. I also don't know where you live but in some places I really wouldn't be selling something worth thousands on Craigslist. Bad areas and bad people will kill you for less.

I know a lot of people rag on eBay but if you have good feedback on that site it would be my recommended place to sell for a collection like this.

I am currently currently looking to buy collections. PM me what you have and I'll make a fair offer.
