    Yankee Stadium

Heading to Yankee Stadium this week for a 7:05 game. Any suggestions or help on best way to get a graph? I plan on getting to the stadium around 4pm, and I think gates open at 5pm. Thanks.

Good luck to you. The ushers are really strict if you don't have tickets at field level down the 1st and 3rd base lines.

For posterity, I went to tonight's Yankees game trying to get some autographs, and these were my observations:

If you don't have a ticket in the sections down the line (109 and 110 down the right field line) don't even bother trying to stand by the wall. Ushers will come around and weed through the crowd and kick out those who do not have seats in these sections. I overheard an usher say that if you don't have tickets in these sections, you can hustle down the stairs to the wall. I found it mildly interesting that they encouraged this behavior because I could very easily envision someone tripping down the stairs. Another thing one can do is tell the usher you'd like to go down and take a picture. They will allow you to do this. This was my strategy, however, if you do this too early like I did, you will be weeded out by the ushers down by the wall. My recommendation would be around 7-10 minutes before the game starts, or after the national anthem, ask the usher at the head of the stairs if you can take a photo. That way you will be in a better position for an autograph than if you run down the stairs you see someone come over to the wall.

I hope people find this information helpful. Cheers. 😎👍

Enjoy the game and that is still something on my Bucket List, to go to Yankees Stadium. I live in Oregon but I want a long road trip.

I heard it was tough to get Autographs too!
Football: Emmitt Smith and CeeDee Lamb!
    Baseball: Aaron Judge/Adley Rutschman/Derek Jeter/Anthony Volpe!
Only collect Football/Baseball cards, but I have lots of Basketball/Hockey cards and set to trade for BB and FB!
