    The best I can explain it is. let's say there is a signing in your area and you are going to it, I would also like something signed at said event but, I don't live in the area. I would send you 2, let's say 8x10s, you would get both signed send 1 back to me and you would keep the other as a sort of payment for getting my 8x10 signed.
