Source would be great if possible, but I would welcome Panini back with open arms. Sure, one could say they weren't perfect (which company is?) but it can't just be UD all the time. The hockey card market needs more & more companies coming into the mix to trick things up.
Just my opinion on this.Jhonas Enroth Card Collector & Host of the Hidden Content

God I hope they can improve their customer service and redemptions departments before they get back into hockey. You can't ever get someone on the phone. I turned in a redemption 3 months ago for a 13/14 product, either the player signed or he didn't.

The reason for the horrible service at Panini is because they over expanded and haven't (and probably will never) hire enough people to help. They own the exclusive in football (NFL), basketball, and a partial license in baseball. That is too much for them to handle and they have done nothing to address this problem even though people brought it up to them last year.

Upper Deck needs some competition. I would hope it would smarten them up. Been waiting for over 3 months for an RMA on some cards i need to return. On average waiting two weeks per email response. It's freaking ridiculous.
Competition is never a bad thing. I've always preferred UD to others but it's not a given.
