    Question/Opinion about purchase

    I bought this card 2016/17 Panini Prizm BEN SIMMONS RC/ROOKIE #1 76ERS PSA 10 GEM MINT

    I paid 100 Canadian for it. which is 80 American. The shipping was very cheap. The card was grade 10 by PSA. Did I overpay or was this a good buy with the upside of the player and the card being gem mint graded by PSA?

    I think you did ok for now. It is so hard to tell for a player that hasn't ever played. I have seen people go all out on things like this and end up getting pennies on the dollar spent. But at the same time, hype is big and if he starts out well, this could easily go up quickly.

    Basically the bolded part. If you think he will be great then it is a good buy. If you think he will be a bust then it isn't. Just depends on how much faith you have in the guy.
