The last card shop I went to shut down within the last year.

No more places to go hang out .... talk cards / hobby / sports .... go through endless binders / boxes .... foolishly open boxes and boxes

I have never been to a card shop that specifically sold cards and supplies.

There was a sports memorabilia store where I went to college around the turn of the century (it seems funny to see "turn of the century" but it was during the 1999-2000 school year). They focused on clothes mostly, but they also had other sports-related stuff, including trading cards.
