MLB 17 tarde help

sorry Trade help not tarde help !!!! i am a little late to the game i just bought my ps4 last week! and of course i bought mlb17 the show. better late then never!! i am still learning it. i like to play as real as possible. players with there real teams , i updated the roster i figured how to do that. but now they are going to have winter meetings and i dont know how to trade players. or which mode i need it in to trade players. i am currently in season mode looks simple but cant trade players from other team , example i am the dbacks but cant trade stanton from the marlins to the yankess. i dont know if i have to do that in franchise mode, i took a look at it and couldnt figure it out ether. any help i would appericate it. Thanks
