I have. I have done it 1x and both were nice enough to send their respectful packages to eachother and I refunded their shipping costs.
The first time it happened I actually was sent the wrong package. I received a couple Football cards from the US. I forwarded the package to the rightful owner and... I cannot remember it has been so long, was either re-funded the entire amount of my entire shipping cost from my initial purchase.
Either way... Karma strikes again!
I have made close to 4,000 transactions since starting to collect again in 2009-10 season. Not too shabby.

I've also done it on eBay. I sent two packages to the same guy, only realized it when I was writing the guys address down and said to myself' "I just wrote this address on a package yesterday.... Crap". He was really cool about it and I gave him the correct address and he sent it to the correct owner when he receive it. I gave him a little refund for his kindness.
I advise you to contact the guy and let him know what happened and if he would be willing to mail it out to the correct person when he gets it. Hopefully the guy is morally correct and not a jag offFlickr: Hidden Content
