    With Brees retired, it's a training camp battle between Winston and Hill. I suspect Winston will edge out Hill. I think if Jameis holds onto the job he'll wind up as a fantasy football friendly stats accumulator but not make major playoff noise. Similar to a Philip Rivers/Eli Manning hybrid where he gets Rivers type stats along with Eli Manning levels of INTs.
