Question Question about forever stamps and TTM's

Hello! I recently read an article talking about how you can use forever stamps to ship internationally. Is this true? Would you have to have forever stamps on the return envelope too? Heres the link : https://www.thebalance.com/forever-s...ey-work-892774

You can use Forever Stamps to send internationally; however, you will need to use local postage for the return. For Canada, I purchase stamps through the Canadian Postal Service, and then include a SASE. Normally, I double the postal when sending international versus domestic. For other countries, I normally include cash for the return purchase. I have done this for the Dominican Republic, Brazil, and the UK
