    Autographs

I'm just starting out collecting hockey cards and memorabilia and have seen many 8x10 photos of my favorite players with autographs and COA's . I've read where COA's are virtually useless and this leaves me wondering how and from who should I trust when buying on line .Any thoughts ,tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm most interested in current hockey players if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Yes most COAs are worthless. A COA is only worth something when it has a name or company standing behind it and there aren't many left or out there that still carry any weight. Stuff like UDA, Steiner, etc are credible but they are generally expensive and in some cases faked so you still have to be careful even with good companies when buying online.
