    Thoughts on the 2018 Prestige?

Just opened a few 2018 Prestige blaster boxes and think they're OK. Same look as the 2017 Prestige football. Was hoping for something different. And didn't really get any hits either. Thoughts?

Has Prestige EVERY been a well liked set? I mean they made it for years in football and I think baseball but nobody really cared for the brand. Probably should have resurrected something else in their arsenal instead of Prestige IMO.

Good point. Perhaps I'll bypass it next time.

I wouldn't spend my money on it unless i was just buying individual cards that i liked on ebay. I dont really think it liiks that great. I do like the game pics that it centers around though, Although, anything has to be better than status. for a lower and cheap box I would buy and ascension hobby box. I like the colors and I have had some great hits in it.
the first box I opened I got a markkenen redemption ascent auto, a steph curry die cut, a /25kyr=ie irving, and a /125 auto jabari, among other things. Then when I purchased a jazz team case break, donovan hadnt broken out yet, (although everyone figured he was good) and i got a donovan asent auto and also a die cut.I sold the donovan because I didnt know he was going to break out. When I found out he was going to the dunk contest i had a feeling that I better get a bunch of donovan cards so I started buying all of ebay.

I just started a new job and I plan on buying a case of ascension just to open on my own with one of my first few checks.

Thanks for your thoughts! I agree, not the biggest fan of Prestige but it wasn't terrible. However, I LOVE Status. I'm sorry you don't dig it as much as I do. I love the look, especially when my kids and I send them off for TTMs. When signing on card, it looks amazing.
