    20-year reunion signing event for 1998 kentucky championship team

    Maker’s Mark bottles commemorating the 1998 Kentucky national championship team go on sale Friday April 6th.

    The bottle is the fourth in a series of commemorative bottles that recognizes the eight NCAA championship teams. The first bottle released in 2015 that honored the 48, 49, 51, and 58 championship teams coached by Adolph Rupp. In 2016, the 1978 championship team edition was released and the 1996 edition followed in 2017. The 2012 team will be on the bottle releasing in 2019.

    Members of the 98′ championship team are holding a public signing event on Friday April 13th at AllSports in Fayette Mall. The signing will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. ET. Members of the team that will be signing are Michael Bradley, Allen Edwards, Ryan Hogan, Steve Masiello, Cameron Mills, Scott Padgett, Jeff Sheppard, Saul Smith, and Wayne Turner.
