The ultimate hockey fan cave might be in an O'Fallon, Mo. basement
An O’Fallon, Missouri, resident might have the coolest basement around — especially if you are a hockey fan. Dennis Minner has converted the space into a mini-Scottrade Center, with much of it devoted to his love of the St. Louis Blues hockey team.

I concur to that the wife is very accommodating. Many wives would not be a big Heck No!!

That’s really cool. I have just been wanting to move to a place where I could build my kids a cool knee hockey rink. I have the idea in my head just need a play to make it happen at. The rink in my head is pretty similar to the rink he has.

Sometimes having a idea in your heads can be a crazy idea. Best of luck to you making this happen for your kids. As if you have several playing hockey I am sure they would get a ton of use out of it. If you ever do feel free to share the pictures.

A friend of mine has a small synthetic rink in his basement. Enough room to do a little skating, and it's really good for instruction or practicing shooting and stickhandling. If you have the idea, go for it - I wish I had done something like that. Your kids would love a knee hockey rink like that.
