Is it just me or does SPX seem like its gonna take a dive?
With soo many spx boxes being busted and the high serial #d cards, do you see the prices of these cards dropping anytime soon? For example, type a random player and /1650 into ebay. Try michael huff /1650. If you notice, there are tooons and tooons of this exact same card on ebay. With probably almost 30 after the next few weeks being sold on the bay at around the same time, isn't it likely that these cards are gonna take a huge dip?
Sooner or later people are gonna get sick of paying a premium for such a common card. Or is it just me?

Kinda doubt SPX takes much of a dive. It usually never does. It is a very popular product for people to get RC jersey autos out of. That is what usually keeps the price up.

I wouldn't say a hugs dip in price for SPX. In the past they've held there value and when that player gets hot they are among the first to go up and fetch a good price. Like if you pulled a larry johnson #d to 1100 in 03 and sat on it then sell it today you made a good call. Or a 2000 brady SPX. Maybe the next one will be a 03 Tony Romo if he gets the start the spx will get a good price even #'d to 1500. This year with such a great rookie class it's worth a box. A best bet is to just buy a box and not open it wait for Reggie Bush to run over the world and then sell the box. Your odds of a bush rookie are 399 for the regular and 99 for the gold so it is a real tough pull. I've opened 4 boxxes of spx and did well but one box was a cold as a block of ice. But the other three were sweet with a 55/99 gold Deangelo Williams and a lofa tatupu and braylon edwards auto and a Sinorince Moss to 399. But those can be such unfriendly boxes for the price. At my favorite card shop i watched many boxes opened and you are only guaranted 1 rookie auto/jsy, 2 jsy's, 2 rookies, and maybe an insert. Anything else you pull is all bonus so good luck. I'd say this year the cards that won't hold value will be the Score Select cards just to many parallels and autos and Doruss threads is a silly set. Donruss Elite is a great box to bust and those hold value. In the end it's all about the player and timing.
