    Question about autographed cards

Some cards have a designated spot where the player can autograph. Other cards of the same value do not have a place where a player can sign. Do these equal value cards both with signatures hold the same value?

Most of the time the sign in an black open space, however if it’s a certified auto by panini, the price doesn’t normally matter where the auto is. Most of the in the case of that dual gu, there isn’t a auto version of that card for the reason of nowhere to put the auto

can you explain what you mean when you say a certifed auto by panini? Like if I go and get an auto from a player on a card I need to get it certified by Panini and it wont matter where the player signs it?

Yes certified autographs are always worth more than something you get signed yourself because they are certified by a professional attesting to the authenticity of the autograph being real.
