Collectors who™preorder™2017-18 Spectra Basketball 1st Off The Line boxes™will receive their boxes between 24 and 48 hours prior to the product’s national release date, which is July 18. All “1st™Off The Line” programs are available exclusively through™the Panini America online store™and through™the Panini Direct app.
