Panini America officials have created a special NASCAR promotion for next week’s 2018 National Sports Collectors Convention that will reward those fans and collectors who open boxes of the new 2018 Certified NASCAR Racing at the company’s booth. While supplies last, collectors will receive one National Racing Promo Pack for each box of 2018 Certified NASCAR Racing opened. The special packs will include a guaranteed autograph, autographed memorabilia or memorabilia card of a top-six NASCAR driver.
