Reason Selected: We selected the 2013 Topps Heritage High Number Baseball complete sets due to the fact that many of the game’s top young talents have rookie cards in this product. While the print run was never officially announced, it does seem that more were produced in 2013 than in 2012 when only 1,000 sets were made. Originally offered as an online exclusive, finding these can be somewhat of a task especially when one the rookies inside gets hot!
