What to do with Base Cards
So I'm cleaning out my room ahead of going off to college, and I came across my old collection. I've managed to move most things of value, so now I'm left with a couple dozen no-name hits and a few hundred base and insert cards. I was going to just box them up and put them in the basement, but at the same time I feel like there is probably a better use for them. I was curious what you guys would recommend doing with them. Are there any companies or people who would buy them?
One idea I had was to fill up priority mail boxes with cards and mail them off to other collectors, as I could fit a decent amount of cards in a box and it costs anywhere from 7-10 dollars to ship domestically. I'm sure people have done this before, but I was wondering if it would be worth the effort. I bet I could find a few collectors out there who would be happy to cover shipping for a few hits and a couple hundred decent base cards and inserts.

What you mentioned is a good idea or you could always donate them. Some hospitals or children's organizations take them.

What years are the base cards? If you have a lot of base cards of Tom Brady for example they sell pretty well on places like eBay for just base cards.
