Pro Set Error Guide
Does anyone know where I can find a visual checklist of 1990/91 Pro Set errors? I have seen checklists, but i want to make sure each card is confirmed

I think this list is pretty complete,. and also tells you how rare the variations are:

That set is so screwed up..... I have broken at least 10 boxes over the last year - the errors are stunning.. They spell Ray Bourque "Ray Borque" lol - how is that possible? just about every card is an error card...
Yes there is a site (several actually) that explains the errors (old Becketts do too)....

This is probably one of the most screwed up sets of all time...
I've been looking for the Stanley Cup hologram forever tho - and I suppose I have a fondness for the Brett Hull promo, but even that cant be straitened out 30 years later - no one knows if the Ray Bourque #1 or the Hull is the correct #1.....
What I have found is that every card is an error and that if you're an error collector that this is probably the best set ever in the world for you, because it's the most lazy produced and cheap set in the history of cards - and I paid 50 cents a pack for this stupidity when I was 12 and now I can get a box for $5.00 all day..... It's fun stuff don't get me wrong - it's always fun to pull Gretzky or Lemieux and I think series II is massively underrated because it has tons of rookies - they're just not worth anything..... I just bought 50 Federov RC's for like 2 bucks on ebay......
Also, why is there no Roenick All Star card??? I found that odd considering the All Star Game was played in Chicago, and it doesn't matter if he was an alternate considering he played in the game?....

Based on breaking packs -- only the Bourque #1 was inserted intro those I got -- the Hull was released/sent to me as a two-card promo pack with a card from the ProSet football of that yearLooking for Washington Caps. Wantlist/Tradelist @ Hidden Content

I would say that pretty much anyone who ever collected the set knows that Bourque is card #1, and Hull was just a promo card. I think there are 3 versions of the Bourque though, and two of the Hull, just to make it more fun :)
I do wonder if some of the errors were done on purpose. The Neal Broten Stanley Cup card comes to mind.
