Shipping Standards, (or lack there of)
Whats with PWE trades on this site? Hobby Insider doesnt allow PWE's so why does this site.
I made a trade with a member here, (who has more than 1000 feedback), my cards were sent to me in a PWE without even a hard plastic to protect them. Needless to say the cards were trashed. I sent the member a message & i got a response back saying, "i must have forgot".. How do you forget to protect a card? Especially when you have over 1000 feedback!!
Once i did a PWE trade but cards were protected at least, & both members discussed the PWE trade & agreed to ship this way, this is not the case with this trade.
PWE"s should be totally banned from this site!!
So, now this member has had his cards for at least 2 months & i am sitting here with an unfinished set that was supposed to be a gift for my Grandsons. Cards were supposed to be resent to me but i doubt they were.

Hi James—we have protocols for the site that members are only to ship via PWE if it is agreed upon by both parties and stated as such in the Trade Manager. Before going off on us, review the rules and maybe it’s an act of personal responsibility rather than something confined at the site level. I would suggest you put in a ticket with the Trade Dispute Team to get the issue resolved. Good luck with the process.

If you knew what happened you would change your tune but since you have a personal issue with me you jump the gun.
Staff members with over 1000 trades sending in PWE's?? & without a Hard Plastic to protect the cards... Guess even the staff dont know the rules!!Last edited by jameslacarte; 02-17-2019 at 12:57 PM.

NO, he answered your question!
As Richard said, PWE's need to be AGREED upon by both members of the deal, if its not it needs to be reviewed by the dispute team. If someone is not holding up their end of the bargain, we will deal with it (even if it's staff)

I don’t have a personal issue with anybody here my friend. Little projection, perhaps?
I read your comment and answered your question. If that’s a problem for you, and apparently it is, maybe you ought to consider that it’s the way you ask the question that’s the problem.
If you’ve got more to share on the matter please take it up with the Dispute Team or feel free to send me a PM and we can discuss.
As it stands, this thread will be closed and moved to the public archives as whatever your cause may be, it won’t be advanced through this particular process.
