    Buyback RC Autos

Are buyback RCs still widely considered rookies?
This one is a 2015 David Johnson National Treasures Patch that was a 2018 Honors buyback, auto /2.

So is this still considered a 2015 rookie patch auto, or is this considered a 2018??

If it's a buyback, and was made in his rookies year, I think it should still be considered his rookies. Just gas the added stuff on it from another year, like Topps buybacks. But who knows how they'll label them.
