For those that are aware, I love documentaries. This is fascinating and sad about Steeler great Mike Webster and the league itself about head injuries in the NFL.

This is fascinating and sad about Steeler great Mike Webster and the league itself about head injuries in the NFL.

I went to the same high school as Webster (decades after) and they later renamed the football field in his honor. Though I'm sure his family would rather have him around still. He passed away at age 50 back in 2002. It's a struggle for me supporting professional football and the hobby knowing how poorly the NFL has handle player health and how weakly the NFLPA has supported their retired membership. Yet I played all throughout school and would allow my kids to play.

i played in High School and honestly, I am glad for the experience, but I think its good that I was not very good at it. I have enough issues with my brain (open for the jokes )
